With only 19 days to go we have had to make some tough, and to me personally distressing, decisions.
The numbers for July are far too low to allow us to continue with our event, as you may know BOBW relies completely on ticket sales to cover the intrinsic costs, such as getting the event organized, then appearance fees, airfares, accommodation etc.
So now is the time for hard decisions, and for this we need a response from you:
1) Do you wish the event to be re-scheduled for November 2009? If so a minimal non-refundable* deposit will be required.
2) If you have an existing booking, do you wish to transfer to November 2009?

*Refunds will be given if the event does not go ahead but ONLY if the event does not go ahead (ie, you can’t get a refund if you just change your mind about attending).
The deposits will help us to get the event organised and give us an idea of how many will be attending.

Erin Chambers has has roles in many other TV shows and movies including Medium, Without a Trace, Bones, CSI and more.
