Hello,

I am sorry to say that our BOBW Nov. 2009 has to be cancelled.

The positive response to our e-mail resulted in only 3 extra bookings,
as this week we should be purchasing the airfares we feel that the
prospect of revenues sufficient to cover the cost of the event is minimal.

We are greatly distressed by this, but look forward to revisiting the
J.R. Tolkin world in 2010, with The Hobbit going in production it
should generate a fair bit of interest in the LOTR world.

Great News Everybody:  BOBW NOV. 2009

1. We have had a superb response from our guests
2. We are also changing venue, we have locked in “Vibe Hotel Sydney” used to be the Southern Cross but is now under new ownership, ( we ran BOBW 6, 7, 8 & 9 there) The room booked will  easily hold 100 theatre style, we will go cabaret style so it will look cozy and intimate.
3. We have also had a great response to our e-mail asking for your support.  So Thank You!

Please,  let me know ASAP, what you are booking in for, so that BOBW Nov. 2009 will be able to go on.

Hello everyone,

We very much want this event to happen but we do need your support, We are now 9 weeks away from our fantastic November event.

The response so far has been minimal, so,  unless things improve dramatically, we will have to look towards 2010.

If you intend coming to our event we must know by Oct. 10th, 2009.

We need numbers to make it work for everybody, so you can help by networking the event:

If you introduce a new friend to BOBW, you will receive a 50% discount on one ticket to the Convention.

Cocktail party, banquet & wrap party are not included.
